The questions that were submitted ahead of time were organized in a way that would flow smoothly from one topic to the next. Questions were also screened for repetition, relevance and a better understanding.

We assumed that all four candidates would be present, however, the Green party and Conservative party backed out last minute and we were not able to accommodate these changes in a short period of time. We assumed that because there would be four candidates that each question would take more time and would cause more of an argument.

Lastly, questions were submitted during the election. Board members rushed to get them to the host because she was running out of questions, due to only two candidates being present.

Anyway, the debate was unorganized because of factors we did not expect to happen, but overall it was a great turn out and good questions were asked, and answered to the best of the candidate’s ability.
